@victoryfirst when the Italians took over Serbia, it should have gone to Russia, not Italy. So the Italian IPC should be at 16, not 18.
I don’t know if this information would alter the American turn but if it does, please feel free to change what/where you want the US units. It might not have any effect but I wanted to point that out to be sure before moving forward.

Just to make sure: the Russian revolution rule takes into effect when three territories adjacent to Moscow are CP controlled (so not contested), and at least one more Russian territory is contested/controlled, right?

@victoryfirst Poland is an original Russian territory. Under the current conditions, Russia must offer an armistice. Your previous question makes me feel that this is not what you want? Huh? But how is the Russian Revolution ignited, while there were not three territories adjacent to Moscow CP controlled, at the end of the RUssian turn? There were only two, and one was contested. Although the CP retook Belarus on their turn, the Russians still have time until the end of their turn to retake it, right?
Sorry that I didn’t respond yesterday, but I actually asked that question so that I make sure Russia survives for a couple more turns. I thought when I contest Belarus, I make sure Russia doesn’t fall this round. Those Russian forces tie a lot of CP units up :)
Please let me know if I am mistaken anywhere.
