    OK, so when I checked the odds of the fight in SZ59 the calculator said Attacker won 100% so I pressed on and lost. I should have checked if you wanted to submerge but the French turn is so pathetically insignificant didn’t want to stall. If you wanted to submerge then the destroyer would have died I guess. Also, HOLY SHIT ITALY IS HUGE! nicely done.

    Not sure if I had much Strategy. For the first two rounds I forgot it was a low luck game. (I’m Playing 3 different games right now) That screwed me up but I wasn’t thinking too much outside the box. I’d say you’ve won this game. With low luck there’s just no chance of a lucky break. Going into each battle you pretty much know who’s going to win. My general style is to move quick and make sometimes foolish moves that rely totally on luck. That won’t work in a game like this. It’s an interesting map and I’d like to try it again, though I don’t like the color scheme, difficult to tell what’s what.

  • Oh didn’t see your writen post just the turn summary. I don’t think there’s a chance your going to make a comeback at this point. I’m ahead about 60 in income and more than 400 in TUV. also you’re losing important factories every round. It’ll only go donwhill from here so it’s probably not going to be fun for either of us to keep playing except maybe for mindbogginlgy strange moves like conquering Washington with Italy :-D.
    Besides not realising it was low luck I think you did some pretty strange things like building a lot of transports and not building something to put on them.

    A few tips if you want to play NWO more succesful in the future:
    Russia loves it’s infantry Except for Omsk you can pretty much build inf everywhere than replace some of them with more expensive units. Maybe in the beginning faster units in Archangelsk, Leningrad and Omsk to threaten to take Finnland. If you can stand around in Belomorsk without a serious attack from Finland threatening to kill you Finnland is probably going to fall sooner or later except Germany really pulls a lot of units from elswhere.
    Also Britain can get Ankara the very first round and then can take Izmir the second and build up until Italy breaks Istanbul. You can still get Iran and Iraq while doing this. If you keep up with the Italian Navy you should be able to hold Italy at that point.
    Did you use the Battlecalc. You can press strg+B while hovering over a territory or when you go to the territory tab on the right you can click it. With low luck it’s very fast and very accurate.
