If you mean the Italian and Anzac dice, yes they’ve been ready for a while but awaiting the arrival of the Italian units (why ship twice and pay double the shipping when you can do it all at once right?).

Glossary to help making the rulebook easier to read:
A round is “each nations has their turn to play” A turn is “This nations has its turn to play”.
So, the UK player moving all its pieces is “a turn”.

If your sub fails, and the other sub survives you must retreat.
Even if the attacking sub doesn’t sink the enemy’s sub, the transports can still do debarkment. It needs only that the other sub submerge.
