@PGsquig - sure, that makes sense. Depending on a hard take (want to hold territory after capturing) vs. soft trade (only want to capture, assume lost next turn) it’s nice to see the confidence intervals around units left.

PC version of A&A?
i played AA as a kid and i would like to play it again. i have risk on my laptop but i have always liked AA much better. i have not been able to find anything about AA being a game that you can get on your computer.

Couple things available…
Tripla is a free java run program that has the ability to play AAA on the computer via email, in person, lan, internet, or AI (which sucks)…
There is an Old '98 AAA Computer game which I won’t even speak of calling the AI actually playing… That you would have to buy…
And last but not least there are things like DAAK and Battlemap, both programs you can use to play PBEM games…

Just bear in mind the AI really sucks. It’s a good system to use to learn how the new units work in Revised/Pacific/Europe, etc. But don’t relly on it to show you how to play the game effectively.
