Kamikaze question. Firstly, are we using them? I did a search of the forums and I couldn’t find any existing games where they had been used. And it appears you need to nominate how many attacks and their targets before resolving any of them. Is this correct? And can you nominate multiple kamikaze attacks against the same ship to maximise your chance of hitting it? (even if it wastes a kamikaze token if you hit with the first).
Yes, that is all correct. I need to pick all my kamikaze targets, and how many kamikazes to apply to each, before rolling any dice.
I believe the game handles them like scrambles - post your after combat move gamesave, and I’ll tell you whether and how I want to use my kamikazes. Haven’t actually tested this though.

Typo in the above post. Should be 3 planes from Japan to Sea Zone 33, not 2. The fighter from Sea Zone 42 is attacking Sumatra, not joining the naval battle.

It’s probably not going to make much of a difference really and really depends on what type of hits you get in the first round. But keep him until after the cruisers are gone.
I had seen most of this but clearly missed the additional fighters coming in from Japan that swung it from a (close to) even fight to heavily in your favour.
