    Wow. That is the nicest position I have seen the Italians in after round 2! Or if it’s me playing Italy, ever!

    I made a small edit in the Pacific. I thought for some reason that both of the destroyers in sz 52 (Queensland) belonged to ANZAC only to realize just now that one of them belongs to the US. I moved the US destroyer to join the rest of its fleet off the Carolines. I hope that’s OK - nothing you did with Italy made me realize I’m an idiot - I’ve known for awhile now…

    Given your generosity with Paris and that it’s only round 2, if you’re interested in rebooting the game (start over, same side, same bid), I would be okay with that.

    Tough call. I think you may get stuffed in Russia after the Royal Navy takes over. Japan could go either way, as it usually does. I have never played a game with Italy being huge and it looks like they are poised to take Africa and push hard into India and Russia. That’s too big of a question mark for me.

    I often push hard Mediterranean, and it does slow Germany down considerably against the Soviets … the game tends to decided by whether or not Moscow holds and whether or not Japan remains a viable power.
