• I got some questions.

    1. Bridging with allied transporter:
    For example. I have a russion transporter and 2 UK troops. Can I use it as a bridge to conquer Western Europe with UK troops in the UK turn?
    Or should I ship in the troops…wait a turn? That’d be stupid.

    2. Panama problem:
    As Panama sea zone is divided (let’s call it left and right). I had to face the following problem. There were two Japanese Battleships on the left. I wanted to attack them with a few fighters from Eastern USA.
    Is it possible to attack?
    I mean: If I go over sea…it’s 3 squares (below USA, right Panama, left Panama) and I can land on Panama after the attack, right?
    Can I use the panama canal this way? Or must I fly over Panam itself…then it is NOT possible to attack. :-(

    3. Attacking Berlin:
    When you attack berlin with planes from the U.K…do they have to face the anti-aircraft fire of Western Europe?

    thank you.

    1. You have to wait one turn

    2. They can attack and land in PAN

    3. If you fly over them in combat movement phase then Yes

  • Guest is right on points 1 and 2, however, Planes from the UK can:
    Uk –> UK Sea Zone
    UKSZ --> Baltic
    Baltic --> Germany
    to attack Berlin without flying over the WEu AA gun (Same movement as flying over WEu).

  • mic,
    I concur with Guest’s answers(#s 1 & 2)and shiny’s correction(#3).
    Any more questions?

  • I wrote if you fly over it, didn’t I? ;)

    Guest was corect on all three, as was shiny’s suggestion to avoid the situation :P

  • Didn’t mean to offend, Guest…. You certainly were correct, I just can’t think of any reason in the world to fly over it… :D

  • Me, too, shiny!
    Unless your emulating your hero “Wrong Way Corrigan.”
