I cleared the UK destroyer from sz93. For some reason it will not let me move my transports there to load troops and transport back to Algeria. There is nothing in the rules prohibiting loading transports in the noncom phase after the sea zone was cleared in the combat phase…at least that I can find. I am filing a bug report with TripleA. I will use edit mode to move them. If we find out otherwise, I can move them back.
