What b.s. That whole 3 turn series was patheitc by the Allies.
Anyway in my haste to do Egy, I forgot to do the walk-in from Ind to Bur. If you’d allow it, I’d like to do it. If not then could you move the inf to per (for a non-combat move). I forgot to do that as well.
Stupid Egy. What a waste.

you went into that battle behind in punch. Had to know it could go sideways quickly. I figured you wanted to take it, but if I gave the bmb to the brits right away you might be satisfied with just their deaths and let it be.
Appallingly bad results for you. The Egy factory had paid for itself–and I figured once you decided it was going to die the best chance I had was to really make you work for it and trade well. I’m amazed it’s mine and I’ve still got all my air.

Oh yeah, I ment the whole 1-2-3 was bad, not necessarily the Russian strike. I thought for sure I’d cut into your ftrs, but after only two hits in rd 1 with Russia, I debated a retreat there, but was too mad, so just went ahead, and of course got no more hits. I hate when the right move (retreat in this case) is doubly reinforced by not even getting any sympathy hits to show for your troubles.
I actually did not have a good feeling about the overall Egy attack after the UK start. 3 hits was not enough of a start. I really thought if I sacrificed all the UK units for 2 rds of battle 4-5 hits would be possible. I would have retreated if I got 4 hits in rd 1 pending how your D went and saved a UK ftr or 2. But 2 hits was a bad start and 3 hits for two rds was really bad. I was chasing those lost hits for the remainder of the battle. US rolled avg, but I needed to pick up 6 hits there to make me feel good about my Russia strike.
Just frustrating to watch 2-3 rounds of planning go up in flames.
We’ve had some crazy dice in our last two games, I’m not looking forward to the eventual clash in the Pacific or Europe. lol!
