Due to mounting political pressure from Russia, Austria demands that France become full allies… or, failing that, we must downgrade our relations to a ceasefire.

The Counsil has unaminously chosen to attack Constantinople a second time, and more, The Republic fully supports total war in Constantinople. The French troops has got clear orders to show no mercy to the evil empire in this decisive battle between good and evil. Further, if Constantinople is conquered, the troops are allowed to ravage and loot for two weeks as much as they want in Constantinople.
The Republic answers to Austria that Russia is in no position to demand anything from the Republic. Michel Ney, the marshal of France, has got direct orders from Napoleon to capture and deliver Catherine to “Great” in a cattle cage to Paris, where she will become personal brood mare for Napoleon.

The Republic is outraged by the latest announcement by Austria. Napoleon himself demands Baron Stein to give up National Order of the Legion of Honour because of his cowardish behaviour. The Republic also reminds Austria that a war will be the next logical step in direction Austria is going to.

France will no longer use Austria as a staging base for provoking the Russians.
When Austria was in dire need, France did little to help except to cherry-pick key territories in a cowardly fashion.
Now France further demonstrates its selfishness by refusing to return Austrian lands to their rightful owners.
Perhaps France needs reminding of the Austrian warrior-spirit…
