Economy looks bad for now, I suspect it will beginning changing in the middle phase, now that the beginning phase is finished. If it doesn’t change, I’ll need to act fast.

I have a weird order of loss, if you decide to hit Gibraltar, I did not block as Italy was in range, and I don’t want to throw a carrier with planes and a destroyer just to block. So I will need to reply to a battle if you go, I think it is 15/17hits on 18/22hits if I calculated right. I’ll have to take Morocco to prevent 5 Italians from strafing with 5. Not sure if I want to do that. I’ll likely assign my hits in a weird way either way.

Notes:
UK moved onto one USA transport, Indian air cover landed in Persia via sea route to hopefully buy time.
After action report:
I did not go to Spain this round as in game situation presents too many variables, it will come sooner than later I suspect.
UK fleet evacuated India.
India is going to be at 1 troop a turn for the foreseeable future. China is growing but not quite self sufficient yet.
Japan now has its air power at sea, so a sea struggle is coming, which will continue to drain US assets, Anzac will dig in while the US challenges Japan, I should be able to drop Japan’s money once I secure the coast if that happens.
Russia has Germany stalled in the west, but not in the north, if they are not halted, USSR will expand in a few turns possibly in the East or North, Italy will be in USSR in 2-3 rounds unless they get a clear victory in Persia next turn.

Fun Game
I know the economics do not look good, but I see the axis stalling on gains, they are just about capped since all of Africa is going away, hopefully the subs take a toll on Italy’s Income.

Looking forward to the mid game phase to see if the balance can be altered.
