Thanks, that helps a lot. I would still like to have the missing and altered pieces/ sculpts. Basically it was a labeling mistake by the seller. On the other hand, sending it back and looking for another offer is too much hassle. Maybe I can fix it with a 3D print :-)
I’ve known Axis & Allies for a long time, but the Europe and Pacific versions somehow slipped past me. They’re really well improved compared to the rather simple world version.

Is it possible to get all 8 victory cities before the US enters the war. I’m thinking like T5.

Well, technically it’s possible if Russia and Great Britain are cooperating with you to get the 8 victory cities by T5, but if the allies put up even the most incompetent of defenses, it’s impossible.

Before they enter the war T4, no probably not realistic against a competent player.
But before they’re in position to take a VC back, yes, you can. T4 they move to Gibraltar, then you can block them with ships or bomb the Gibraltar airbase so they can only move 2 spaces.
