Battles w/ multiple powers

When a battle is declared and there is more than one power defending say Germany is attacking a GB territory but there are some American units in the same territory how his that conflict solved?

All of the units in the territory being attacked defend together. If they’re all controlled by one player, it’s the same as any other battle. If they’re controlled by different players, each player rolls for his/her own units. Casualties are decided by mutual agreement, but if no agreement can be reached the attacker chooses them.

i guess it’s also acceptable to have one of the players conceed and let their team mate roll for them (i have some lazy, lazy friends) :wink:
