    I had missed that until I started looking for where your bombers went. Last game I had Russia get bombed like 16 times and I didn’t shoot down a single bomber. I guess when it rains it pours.

    Russia managed to shoot down BOTH German bombers this time… f*ck me… that’s, what, 4 in this game so far lost to AA… plus a mess of other bad shakes… oh well…

    I had missed that until I started looking for where your bombers went. Last game I had Russia get bombed like 16 times and I didn’t shoot down a single bomber. I guess when it rains it pours.

    Making it RAIN!

    Yeah… I’m a huge bomber fan… usually have 4 ready to go for Germany’s attacks so Russia has to pay for those forward factories.

  • Make sure to ask for an order of loss, OOL, for bigger battles like that SZ attack at Malaya.  On my turn I’ll lose the cruiser and keep the carrier, for instance…

    During Italy’s turn I used edit because I forgot to move the fighter off the mainland onto the carrier…


  • Will do. I opted to go for max defense for Japan. Did you want to keep the carrier? I figured with an average of 4 hits on defense, it was better to take the hit on it.


  • Yeah.  I think my OOL would have been to take the 1st hit on the carrier, but then lose the cruiser(s) before the carrier… actually, come to think of it, maybe a plane, then the carrier…
