I have a question: How do you move up in rank and how do you play a game here.

Rank is number of posts.
To play a game, go to the Games thread, read the info, and then find an opponent :-)

how do you use dice or these dicey things i hear of. Then how often is it played. Are there hour intervals or when do you stop. Can you stop. Is it only two player or up to five. do you use your own board.
I’ll figure out house rules easy enough.
How many posts needed to move up in rank, i feel like a peasant.

I’m looking around at what must be games in play. So you tell the person or people on the internet whom are your allies or opponent what you are buying–-whats where on the board------and what you are attacking.
How can other people see the dicey or dice or whatever is used. I will hit your thread things posted before. I hope they help. Thanks.

You don’t HAVE to download anything. Diceys are all on the internet at the links in the sticky’s and are run server side. (You just imput the values and the scripts run and give you the results.)
However, I’d still recommend a copy of abattlemap (a map of the game with moveable pieces) and a combat simulator. Although, I’ve yet to find a combat sim for AA Revised.
