    To scramble or not to scramble in SZ97. The pope needs to decide!

    I have to say I am a bit nervous before the dices will fall. This move is a bit risky and I hate gambles in early stages of the game.
    But letting you BB and 2 subs escape for free would make your fleet very strong and I fear this would cause big problems in later stages of the game.
