There were no changes to the treatment of neutrals in general, but the Soviet-Mongolian Defense Pact was added in the 2nd Edition.

Update:
As per requested, here are some charts with the roundels washed out to varying degrees, and one chart with smaller roundels then what the box comes with. I didn’t really know how to make them more transparent, so I just increased the brightness. If anyone knows how to modify the transparency, let me know!
Also, I know that some of the roundels don’t match what comes in the game, so if anyone has links for them (like the ANZAC or the Union Jack roundel) I can add them in.

A nice suggestion. Can you mod the roundesl and make them more transparent?? So it’s easier to see the difference between real roundels and objectives not yet accomplished.

I made a version of the National Objectives charts that I’ll be trying out tonight with a Global game. Check it out here:

Use infantry to mark what’s done. The first three pages are for the Global Alpha+.1 set up. I made the third page first (29 objectives crammed on one sheet), then decided it looked a little crowded so I split the info up on to two sheets: one for Axis powers and one for Allies (the first two pages in the file). I slapped on the new rules at the bottom to help make things clear.
The other pages are for the OOB setup and the original 1940 games. Let me know if you see any typos or incorrect information anywhere.

This absolutely rocks! Great job. I have a request (if you don’t mind). Can you set up some roundels (without text) on a page. I would like to print some out on “sticker” page stock to make stickers for my magnetized dry erase board. If it’s too much work don’t worry about it, but you do see pretty handy with this stuff!
