A very unorthodox Russian turn.
Please note that I messed up my original damage removed from Moscow, and therefore my purchase. I ended up removing 6 damage and purchasing an infantry and two mech infantry, but I had already rolled tech and made my purchase, so I just plowed forward with the turn and edited the correct numbers in after.
