When you atatck witha bomber its ok. BUT WHEN YOU GET CARPET BOMBED EVERY TURN FOR 3 DICE ITS NOT OK. the US keeps carpetbombing me (germany) from britain every turn. cant build and its useless to try to go for russia because im broke. this worsens if you are playing superfortress national power. it becomes wack.
