  • I will lose a sub.

    I always thought it rolled in that order but if the destroyer is present it will not take the casualty without it getting its shot.  So my subs would roll first and with a hit would not take the destroyer away without it getting a shot first.  Maybe I haven’t been paying close enough attention but I will now.  I guess it would allow me to pick casualties different if I knew one of my subs hit prior to you even rolling.

    Anyway, sub first then destroyer for the remainder of the battle!!

    triplea lets everything roll properly, it is just out of order.

    the problem is that triplea has the subs roll first so the defender gets extra knowledge when selecting their order of losses.
