At the very least it spares me the moment of dumbfoundness when I realize that a large allied fleet is no longer sailing the seven seas and I know that no OOL was given. ANZAC has 24 IPCs to spend. Almost all its units are in Australia or off the coast of Australia. The rest consists of 2 infantry in Java.
France has 1 infantry in Anglo-Egypt Sudan, and two infantry and a fighter in the United Kingdom. Its destroyer was destroyed, so it has no naval units.
