I place 7mech, arm in ger . . . not 6mech . . . and not the nothing placement the previous map showed.

ROFL :-)
I should really learn how to count to five.
At least the heroic Russian ss showed how things should be done. :|In the end that mistake may not matter. What matter is how much I underestimated the speed of your German advance on Moscow. :-)

Yeah, I think Germany can really pressure USSR pretty fast with a G1 attack. The fact that I didn’t lose a single mech against france and strafing yugo got a lot of firepower up to USSR pretty fast. I don’t like the bind this places Italy in though. So I’ll have to play with the start and maybe prioritize landing a ftr in sita? Or sending an ss against sz91? But the lure of killing us trn/ca and uk trn/dd is big. Maybe try this strat out without going against US? Still US may be in it, but who do you go after? Japan is looking strong and will be damn near invincible in another couple of turns without US $$ now. But then what happens in Euro without US intervention and the fall of Moscow? Choices, choices, and more choices. The verdict is still out on this strat though.

Oh and I was kinda hoping you’d continue to try and grab Irq with USSR. More $$ for me when Moscow falls and fewer troops home defending

Perhaps the cc in sz91 is a better target. While killing sz101 nets you ~11 more ipc it locks Japan into a J1 attack. In hindsight I should have moved units (how many is up for debate in my head) into Amu at once. If Japan kills it Russia got 3 more inf that can reach Moscow in time and it will slow Japan’s Pacific progress.

The Brits lost their NO when I took bso and trj, so they’re down 5. On the plus side, I think you should have another aa in India. I was going to J1 DOW against US anyway, so that’s why I opted to hit the trn/ca. My play group gets together every two weeks and there are 10+ who show up on any given day. One of my buddies and I will be playing the axis and we’re trying this strat. You’re my guinea pig for that. :-P
