Wow, at this board there is quite a noticeable age range.
Oh and Obi-Wan was never struck down by Vader. Watch the scene closely. Obi-Wan surrenders his body and soul to become a part of the Force before Vader strikes him. Now I remember that when Darth Maul was sliced open by Obi-Wan in Episode I, we still saw his body falling down the generator shaft. Can anybody explain why his body doesn’t disappear? Was it because he was of the Dark and not the Light Side, he was still an apprentice, or he was killed before he could vanish? I still don’t have the right answer. I think it was because he was killed before he could become one with the Force.
