I have some issue with the tech rolls. I do not want to buy a tech roll with Japan. But no matter what I click, TripleA is rolling one tech dice for me. Very strange.

So in case you get dice for a tech role, this is a mistake, and I will edit the money back and delete the tech, in case the dice rolls a 6.
