    I may be a bit naive but I would imagine the rate of change for those categories is similar for any ethnic group in the US.

  • Well, as a whole, the black community still has a long ways to go:

    Percentage of black babies living in a single parent home: 45%

    Percentage of black babies born to unmarried mother (women ages 15-24): 90%!!!

    I don’t even want to touch the drug-usage aspect. However, you are correct XI, let’s look at the glass half-full. :P
