Yeah, I really messed up there - may have lost the game truthfully. That is what happens when you make a turn too fast….only thing saving me was getting lucky in 96. Not even sure that will be enough. I guess killing as many planes as I did helps…

With this result, I would
a) choose differently on the casualties in SZ 96 (destroyer and retreat after round 1)
b) move differently in the NCM-Phase and place the IC in egypt (probably).I will deliver a savegame with edited NCM, will you let me choose a different outcome in SZ 96, too?

Hmmmm…you bring up an interesting question. While you can reroll one combat per the LL rules, are you allowed to also then change the outcome of another battle (sz96). While I would agree that NCM and placement are fair game - they can always be changed really before the start of the next turn - I am not sure about the combat in sz96.
I will be honest and say I am not sure how that is ‘supposed’ to be handled.

The only way I see this is: we have to agree on it. :)As I said, I’m fine with not getting the tactical bomber back.
I got to shoot a second round and while I rolled bad, I had a chance - although with a win in SZ 92, I would have retreated either way as I no longer needed a blocking destroyer.I’ll let give you my edited file, you may choose to edit the tactical bomber back, he would have landed with the fighter in egypt.

Well - I’m not out for blood here, so I think we will add back the tac bomber - even though it may cost me the game in the end - but it seems like the right thing to do :)
