No. Land and sea units may not move after being involved in combat (except to retreat, of course). Only air units may do that.

I have come up with a complicated new house rule with soviet union. Their starting income is changed to 66 with the increase of income in all soviet territories as follows:Siberia=12 turkestan=8 caucasus=9 moscow=7 lennigrad=4 ukraine=5 east poland=2 baltic states=2karelia=3archangel=6 russia=4 belorussia=3stalingrad=2. when Germany takes any of these territories their income only improves by what is origanally on the gameboard while the soviets decrease. hold on, see ya later!!!
