also I you lose +10 ipc bonus when making an attack on UK/ANZAC units, even whilst being still at peace with USA. So that’s only 44 ipc’s gained.

Actually now that I actually read the NO, it is very clear that a “provocation” of UK/ANZAC loses the USA NO. I don;t know what the hell i was thinking.

declaring war on UK/Anzac also gives the USA the possibility to declare war immediately on any or all axis powers, so it does not have to wait untill the collect income phase of USA turn 3.
