Hmmm… when did that happen? I always assumed since it was on the Atl board it was on the Atl income, and thusly part of Gbr proper.
Minor changes then. The 15 IPC spent on the N-base will still be spent by the Indians, along with 2 inf for all 21. dd stays in 39. Everything else remains the same.
With the extra 15, the brits upgrade an inf into a tnk (-3, still mobilized in saf) and build a ftr in gbr (-10) and save 2. Acceptable?
