Game setup question…

We have the original 1940 Europe and Pacific games. We’ve downloaded the 2nd edition rulebooks and the Alpha 3 rule changes. Should we be using the Alpha 3 “National Setup by Power” charts when playing either Europe or Pacific individually?

If you’re using 2nd edition, you don’t need anything from Alpha 3, as it’s all been incorporated into the 2nd edition.  Use the 2nd edition setups, which can be found here.
