No scramble! - I was not expecting you to DOW on America; I am not placed very well at all!
Lucky break for me all around. I think defense was fair dice. Sad for me to think that means a lucky break :)Â
In Yunnan, the AAA missed. Phew…Both sides’ regular ground/air units threw over expected hits (only 1 more for the UK, technically a decimal). But I didn’t run into one of your monster defense rolls. The battleship killed a fighter (took a fighter hit over a destroyer cause fighters are easier to replace).
Your placement of the US was a factor for me to DOW on the US. But the main factor is that in the BM3 National Objectives, the US would have got 5 for Guam, plus the 7 for Philippines. Don’t want the US to get a free Bomber.
Remember, US planes can’t land in Russia unless Russia is at war with Japan. If so, than Japan can block it’s NO money in SZ 5.
Also, in BM3, there is an advantage for the US to come for Germany too. US gets money for Normandy and Belgium. UK gets money when the Subs are cleared. Islands in the Med are worth different amounts too.
Seems like I am going for a full Atlantic :lol:
