Yes, this is legal, as long as the sea zone in which the transports are loading units is friendly.

The movement must be done in the Combat Movement phase.  It must follow all of the rules for Combat Movement, except that it need not end in combat.

The movement points of an aircraft are TOTAL movement.  They must take off AND land within the alloted total movement points.

So in your example, a FIG could non-combat move to land in Land 2, but could not attack it because it takes 4 points to get there, the FIG has to be able to land, and you cannot land in newly captured territory.

An AA Gun only fires once per combat - in the opening fire step of the first cycle only.  It has been this way (with different terminology sometimes but essentially unchanged) in Classic, Pacific, Europe, and Revised, both OOB and LHTR.  Never any different.

If your side owns Panama at the START of your move (just before you do “purchase units”) then you can use it.  The same is true for Suez if your side controls BOTH T-J and Egypt.

If your side does NOT control both sides at the time you purchase units, you cannot traverse Suez at any time during your move.

This poll and post is even more difficult to answer than the combat poll.  This one not only depends on prior combat, but also on the outcome of those combats.  Your planned NCM can be obsolete and/or foolhardy by the time it’s time to make it.
