I believe there is an extra armor in Karelia. Russia only starts with 1, you bought 2, place 1 in Caucasus and 1 in Russia. You placed 1 art in Caucasus and Karelia. So I think the extra armor is misplaced in Karelia, unless you meant for it to be there and not in Russia. It has no effect of Japan so I will continue on and you can fix the map on UK’s turn.
