Not sure about what you say. All I know about unload rules is that it must be in a single territory… I grab my books and double check that. If what you say is true, than I’ll unlaod both in ENG.

1 Inf, and 1 Mech moved to England and West France returned to Germany.  I posted a thread with the same ruling question before Italy’s move.  Although it’s not discussed this rule applies to NCM as well (you can’t load 2 units during NCM and unload only 1 in the same turn).

Please make sure I got the American units in the correct locations.
