If I’m not mistaken, Italy is not at war with USA and Attacking a sea zone (z106) doesn’t trigger USA. In clear, if Italy attacks z106 USA remain neutral (as I think), then I perform this attack. If USA can defend along UK, then I don’t attack and only move Italian Sub from z91 to z89.
