I am a retired gentleman with a few games going who would like to play a little more against people. There seems to be a pattern where the player who loses does not want to play again. I have played several games that I lost and did not want to play again. I have won against several players and they did not want to play again. There are a few like Dawgoneit who love to play and will not quit playing you. What I would like to try is sort of an automatic bid improvement for the losing player. For example: I lose a G41 with no bid then if we play again same sides then I get a 10 or 20 bid sort of depending on how bad I got beat. I win at 20 we go to 10. I win at 10 we go to no bid.
If you want to play without the bid improvement just let me know and we can do it the more common way.
@mike64
either way is good with me.
just wondering, if we go with a bid of 40, can i place my bid after the round 5?
i think i would like to try allies again if we do it that way.
i would like to try all countries again though.
but I’m good with more dialog if you would like.
@mike64 I’m going to have to surrender, GG. I do not see a way to victory anymore. That was a interesting game, I will say my Allied skills for G40 are better than the Axis. So I’m glad I practiced with the Axis to get better at my skills. I really like the complex in Iraq. I had a fun time thanks! :)
prefer sending files back and forth. started thread if you want to do germany. really liberal with edits-moving pieces forgotten etc. like the idea of making decisions for your opponent such as scramble, submerge, intercept, casualties etc. to move game along. I hate sitting down to play and after a few minutes have to wait for scramble decision. you can just play in local mode if you like. I dont get dice rolls because of gmail account. [email protected] if you want to set up so you get my dice rolls.
@mike64 Hey man. I will do what ever you want to do. no matter what its going to be different and fun. I just like playing. win lose or draw. Lol.
And thank you for all the games.
@mike64 Thank you for the game. It was interesting to see the effect of a 100% Pacific strategy on the Japanese. Their ressources run thin for China/India if you have to match the US build up. Do you never play with bids?
@mike64 I’ll try the same thing. it was kind of weird. i had a plan and when i came back it was all different. I’ll just start back at the beginning of this one if that’s cool.
