      @Panz3r:

      1-only for historical reasons no meaning for the game
      2-it’s not suriname roundel but dutch roundel this means that suriname and the island (in the pacific game) are dutch colonies!!!
      3-Are used for global game, when you have to keep separate London and Calcutta on the production chart.  Ahh, that makes sense, thank you!

      @Whackamatt:

      but the axis would probably never want the US able to focus only on one theater of war

      Depends on which Axis player I’m controlling.   :lol:

      It could be a good thing.  I won’t really know until I see the set up.  Perhaps America being unable to aid in Europe would spell the end for the UK or possibly Russia.

      Pretty sure that Larry said that a US that doesn’t spend income both ways to a degree will usually result in an Allied loss. Probably Germany is powerful enough that if the US goes full steam toward Japan, then Germany can keep less men in France and bust through Russia easier.

      A friend of mine played it years ago; he said he didn’t care for it because it was almost impossible to win as the Americans.  I guess the rulebook even says to put your best stratician as the American player…
      I still think it looks fun.  If I hear anything else about the game I’ll let you know.
      Thanks.

      The design of the Cheap Air Max 2012 has drawn on the design concept of the classic sports shoes. Nike Sportswear combined the latest technology and then spread the original design to various areas.The new air bag of Women Air Max 2011 was very large that even access to the side of the shoes so that the designers had removed the parts of midsole to make an exposed cushion.

      I’d like to know if anyone has developed an alternate setup for either AAR or AA50.  I am not looking for historical accuracy - I’m looking for a setup that produces the most exciting gameplay.
      I know a lot of people would disagree with me, but I like A&A not because it’s based on WW2, but because of the gameplay and mechanics.
      So, I’m looking for a setup that would enhance gameplay.  I can’t help but think that some “exciting” setup options are sitting on the cutting-room floor simply because they are not historically accurate.
      Can anyone help?
      Thanks.

      @Craig:

      @I:

      The way I look at it….

      When a person has their actual name as their profile name, and still ends every post WITH their name…that’s all I need to know.   :-D

      And that is worse than never actually owning up to who you are?

      Oh well!  I guess it is habit.  Every other MB I have the name Yoper, so putting my first name helps with identification.

      If that is how you judge character, who you like, etc., then so be it.  Seems pretty foolish.

      CRAIG

      :-D  That was a good response (especially the big red craig), I was just playin’ Craig.  Sorry for getting off topic guys.

      I voted '41 w/o NOs.  However, my vote is pretty meaningless since that is the only type of AA game I’ve played  :|

      I do believe that the '41 scenario without National Objectives is pretty balanced with perhaps a slight edge to the Allies.  However, it seems that ultimately if both teams play well it really comes down to dice in determining the victor from my experiences thus far.
