Unless im totally misunderstanding you, you’ve got it all wrong.
The convoy zones are a way to attack enemy IPCs. At the end of a players turn, enemy ships in convoy zones roll to attack IPCs of bordering land.
You will earn IPCs for any and all territories you hold.
I would go with art, but that was taken care of in revised 2004.

Hmmmm…very interesting. MOD…use the new zombie spin, but instead of zombies they are partizan or sympathizers. Cant wait to see who the zombies are deployed and or utilized

I say my my tanks hit on 2-4 instead of 3 or less. You dont hear me or somehow miss understand or one of us forget b4 the battle is over. This could lead to a heated argument when i hit with 4s. So like i said…it works in theory. How it works out in real life is more complicated. Better to kiss. Keep it simple.

A series of video clips showing the various steps your taking would be cool. Even if now one is interested, they may change their minds later. Someone in the future may come and find it very useful. Do It!!!
