I have a new youtube channel. Not sure how much I’ll be uploading, but I will be doing a live feed of a Global War game this weekend and of games in the future for those interested.

The last time I played GW with my friends, I setup a ‘piece library’ and a nearby counter top. There was a nameplates for each unit type and an example unit from each country that had that said type. Worked out really well, but it did take up a bit of space.
Does anyone know how to contact of Mr. Skelton? I have tried emailing him with the address on his website and another (looks like personal) one that I have for him. I’ve also tried calling the phone number, but can’t stay/get connected.
I have been trying to inquire as to the status of an order I placed back in September and still haven’t seen. Does he usually take this long?
Yes, those tucks are A&A/GW scale. They were designed to be relative in scale to HBG’s Katyusha trucks if that helps.

2). There was an Island Warfare expansion planned a long time ago. It was cut due to a very high number of new pieces and cost. It had a lot of cool pieces in my opinion and I think that the promo video is still on YouTube. I hope that they will be able to bring those piece designs back in future expansions.
4). Canada at War is in development. I have no idea where it is at though. I don’t think anything is currently being planned for other minor commonwealth territories, but I could be wrong.
I saw several of those expansions in their bins during the play-test weekend. I would recommend contacting Mr. Friend about them. I know for a fact that they have some Croatia and a few Winter War. Didn’t really look into the others.

I was just at HBG during the designers weekend. I noticed that they had at least 7-8 of these in stock in their bins. I too recommend contacting Mr. Friend and asking about them.

Do you believe that something is missing? If so, I would recommend contacting HBG. Mr. Friend is very good about fixing messed up orders and missing pieces - excellent customer service. According to the website, the set is supposed to include (unless you ordered extra raktenjaegers):

An idea for the SS Divisions: Why not make a set that includes one of each and let players buy however many sets that they need?
A&A aircraft are larger than 1/600. I measured several and they ranged from 1/525 or so to 1/570/ I think the average was around 1/540-1/550. I found this out when buying decals; some 1/300 roundels were too big and some 1/600 roundels were too small.
HBG aircraft are comparatively scaled, so I would assume that the exact scales would be within the same range as A&A aircraft.
Please excuse the NOOB in me, but what does SSL stand for?
Well, I ordered almost everything needed for the major powers (I hope). But Dom didn’t have very many minor and neutral country options (for the Global War Map). I would be greatly interested in a decal sheet that has roundels for several different countries. Like a S. america sheet with 5 roundels for each neutral country, for example. How much would it cost if I wanted to order a custom sheet?
Does anyone have experience ordering decals directly from Dom’s Decals? I placed an order a month ago and still haven’t received anything. The order info on his website just says paid and doesn’t say if it has been shipped yet or not. Is this normal? How long does shipping from Dom usually take?
An interceptor that can escort? Sounds like that type of role would be for a high performance/multipurpose fighter. What kind of aircraft were you thinking of? You could possibly use some different molds from HBG. Amerika also has some different aircraft that could work as interceptor or a multipurpose. The Japs have a cool interceptor plane in there. Just an idea if you want to introduce new aircraft types.
An intercepted is defending against bombers or fighter escorts. So you could give the interceptor only a defensive value. The Me-163 is an example of this.

If you ask these questions on the Global War FAQ at globalwargame.com, you can get an official answer and rule wording clarification from the game designer. Sometimes it takes a bit for a response, but I can get a hold of him to let him know your question is waiting.
As far China setting up a capital, I don’t remember and will have to loom it up. I do know that “national banks” aren’t captured by the conqueror. Will check on the other questions and get back with you.
Oh, I forgot to mention that the piece sets are great too. I have actually incorporated them into the “base” unit offerings.
