Hey guys.
I have a project in mind.Is based in the WW2 fight that is more interesting to me, the one who started in URSS in 1941 and ended in Berlim in 1945.
Anyway you all know what i´m talking about.
What do you think? I have some Reds and some Germans and i think the number of “men” and military material will be close enought to simulate the caos, i mean the private war between the two mustache guys. But anyone can forget their purposes while is playing.
Anyway what do you think?
Hello Officers.
I need an advice, and this advice is about selling things but is some sort of tactic for me to not look like a complete idiot althought i will.
Well here is the thing. I´m a amateur “investigator” of International militar and political History and current subjects. And i also absolutely love military tactic and strategy books and challenging boardgames. About tactic games i am a real fan os Chess becaus it´s all about Brain, i really feel like Patton no matter if i win or lose because all i want is a good fight.
Then i saw Axis & allies and i started……collecting version of the Game. I have 1941,1942 2nd edition, 1914, 1940 Pacific, 1940 Europe 2nd Edition and D Day.
But here it comes the real crazy part, as you see my Global version is not 100% correct because the versions are not numerical equal ( i know i can play this way) so i bought Pacific 2nd version :p.
Ok now the madness is complete, and what i want to do is selling the board game of the Pacific´s 1st version and other things but not the figures because i simply love them, that´s the essence of the game at least to me.
Some of you guys know this game for decades can you give me your opinion , and the other “world leaders” too ?
Hey Generals from tableboards.
I love (like you i guess) non computer boardgames of the same family of Risk , and A&A games are like Victoria Secret of the board games.
Anyway i also want to start a medium collection of wargaming figures of Spec Ops. Basic everyting i can get of SEALs, some stuff of Delta Force, British SAS and one thing or another of other Special Forces.
But it won´t be something very big like some wargaming fans have, and what i want with this topic is to know is if some of you guys collect or play skirmish games at 28 mm or 20 mm (figures) and if so can you give me a feedback about sites to buy or some advices.
ps: i don´t want to play Skirmish wargames (personaly i don´t like the way the game works) i just want paint and put in a shelf or box or give to one of my young cousins.
Thanks for the answer. I didn´t explain well my doubt, because i reallized that i´ve posted in the wrong section but what i really want to know is if is possible to buy infantry tanks ships etc for the board game to all the Nations involved in the various versions of A&A board games?
Hello guys.
I really dont know if this is the right place to post this topic. If it isnt i apologize.
What i want to ask is: the miniatures in the Field Marshall acessories for A&A website are to "extend our A&A boardgame or to use in that skirmish game based in A&A?
Im still in the trainning camp in this area eh eh
