OK… it has been fixed, but there was a headline on my PC earlier that was too funny for words.
The corrected headline is “5 dead after militants attack Israeli outpost”
The original was missing the word “after”!

While this isn’t a typo, it’s still a humourous misleading headline. At first I thought, “Why are a hundred heads being shipped to Cyprus?” It was taken from MSN.com.
