decals - I dabbled with that once

There is no witchcraft, main issue is to fix the decals appropriately - to much fixing and the decals melt away on the foil, not enough fixing and they melt away in the water. I needed some tries to obtain satisfying results.

Yeah… I don’t believe in witchcraft.  In regard to dabbling with decals - I meant the home-printed ones, I’ve worked with others for about 20 years or so…

Love your paint schemes - and it looks like you got a little artsy with some U.S. artillery in your pics, nice.

WOw! THose are awesome - quite a steady hand you have there!  Printing you’re own decals?  Awesome - I dabbled with that once… yours turned out quite a bit sharper than mine did.

Heyo Paul - sorry for the delayed response.  Would love to post some recent pics of my 50th - A LOT has changed.  But I no longer have a camera, and the one on my phone - I might as well not even try.  But I’ll try to get a buddy of mine to get some shots.

In the meantime, I’ll email Jeremy - it would be nice if he posted some pics of the Italians I painted for him.

What powers?  The Axis and Allied nations in AA50th edition… as opposed to other editions.

Yeah - have the US and got a German cross recently.  Just wondering if there will be the order-the-whole set option anytime soon or whether you were doing them periodically/correlating with new releases.  They do work well for marshaling boards/look snazzy - going to do some DIY since not all of them are out yet.  No biggy, judging by how often I order… I’ll have a complete set and then some eventually. :-)

Hi guys - great stuff you’re doing, I’ll post some of my painted HBG’s soon.

Was working on making some marshaling boards - and as you guys suggested (I think it was Coach), was going to use your coasters (two glued together for added durability though one seems to function fine as well).  Can only do the U.S. right now (this is for ‘the six’ in AA50th).  My question is… when/is the rest of the powers going to be done?  Will they be produced along with the minis as you go along? If so, I’ll have to abandon the idea and construct my own (because realistically, that would be a long time).  At the end of the day… I’d like to get a hold of 12 of the Axis and Allied powers… is that going to be possible and when?

––Like all of the countries in my A&A set, there will be at least one additional paint scheme for the regular Rifle Infantry units. The second Japanese paint scheme will be for the “Outer South Seas Forces”. I might have a pic of some painted in this scheme if you ever wanted to see them.

––Also, I have many ideas for multiple command arangements of theaters, task forces, etc. that I’ve been working on for quite some time. The different paint schemes, as well as other steps taken, will help segregate the forces of differing commands and make it much easier for multiple commands.

Dig out that pic.  :-D  I like the steps taken to differentiate commands.  So Paul, a task force… I noticed those cool markers that HBG does, but I haven’t read about any house rules concerning them.  You have a plan/rules?  I’m just kinda curious as to what a task force will consist of, it’s ‘abilities’ and what not…

I like when there’s many like that together - with all the rising suns close… that must look pretty cool in-game, a wave of the rising sun on the border.  I think other players might get upset with me because I don’t think I’d want to use any chips. 8-)
