True with the map,  and their was some funny parts with Bill Murray,  but overall I thought it was good

just saw it tonight. It was really good. I unfortunately didn’t get a chance to read the book before i watched the movie, but none the less, It was very good. I definitely recommend it.

Scharnhorst and company. Faster than the Howe and only .5 knots slower than the Cumberland. They had more heavy guns than the British ships and the both the armor on the battleships are similar. Tho the Cumberland is out matched here. The Germans can out maneuver the British battleship while suppressing the Cumberland so she cant get in range with her smaller guns. The Germans have a slightly faster rate of fire and better optical equipment, but the British have radar, so that’s a toss up. I have to go with the Germans for this one.

From the German perspective, the Battle of Moscow ended in early December and German Generals asked Hitler to pull back to shorten their lines and rest/reequip their forces. The soviet counterattack lasted well into January.

I was reading in depth into the Case Blue offensive and that’s where I got the idea for this.

I would intensify the pressure on both the sieges of Leningrad and Sevastopol and build heavy defensive positions. Wait for the Russians to bleed themselves dry against my lines and then go on the offensive, how ever limited it would be. I would also send more support to Rommel in North Africa.

The Battle of Moscow has just ended in a German Defeat. Hitler is killed in an automobile accident and you are now in charge of leading the Germans through the Winter and subsequent summer offensive. You are still convinced that the war can be one so surrender or making peace is out of the Question. Leningrad and Sevastopol are sill being besieged. You have the strength for only one of your three army groups to launch an offensive. What is your proposed offensive to the OKW?

i have a hard time playing RISK now. A&A is just soooooo much better

as much as i want the Duke of York to win, Its simply outclassed in every category by the Yamato except one, Looks. IMO, the Yamato is one ugly ship

I also think you could pair Von Manstein with Rommel. Or Gudarian with Rommel. I think these three would probably be nearly unstoppable

Nanking is probably one of the worst things. Along with both sides bombing civilian targets is pretty bad

The only reason I paired Patton and Bradley together is because they served together. They were a very successful duo.
