RE: Does the Global War 1936-1945 board game (third edition) actually exist? How can I buy one?
@imperious-leader Thanks for the feedback. I’ve noticed with HBG website though that after I’ve added the game to my cart, there does not appear to be any next step to actually pay them so they can send it to me. What gives? Am I missing some obvious next step?

Does the Global War 1936-1945 board game (third edition) actually exist? How can I buy one?
I have seen posts on Boardgamegeek.com for Global War 1936-1945 (third edition) and even with links to purchase the game, but whenever I pursue these links, I come up empty. No luck on eBay or Amazon either. What gives? Is this game actually out there? If it is, how can I get one?

If they conquer an original Japanese coastal territory, can Allies take over and use a factory on that territory?
If the U.K., U.S., or Soviets conquer Kiangsu, Shantung, or Manchuria, and Japan had a minor factory on that territory, can the Allied player use that factory on the next turn, or is it now just a useless factory that does nothing for anybody except the Japanese player (if they can recapture it)? Thanks for any help you can give me on this one.

RE: How to find Young Grasshoppers version of Axis & Allies 1940 Global maps
@gamer I also forgot to add: are the dimensions for the board included in the file, or would whoever makes these boards need the dimensions as well?

@contango Thank you so much for your response!!! This is so exciting. Quick question (I’m revealing my age here a bit…insert eye roll emoji): How do we take these files and then create a board out of them? Is there anyone you would suggest? Thanks again for reaching out!

How to find Young Grasshoppers version of Axis & Allies 1940 Global maps
Hello fellow Forumers- I’m brand new to the forum but not AA. I’ve been playing the various versions of the game since my college days in the late 1980s (oof!). I was recently watching Young Grasshopper’s YouTube video about Germany’s Operation Sea Lion tactic (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RDRF-nOjThU&t=4s) and noticed he had a custom version of the boards that had air fields, ports, and factories already printed on the board along with much easier to see convoy markers as well as built in attack/defense box in the SW corner of the Europe map. Does anyone know if it is possible to get these maps made?
