      @dawgoneit what version of triplea are you using?

      i’m on 2.7+ and it has been buggy for a couple of games now … won’t let me place any UK units, and sometimes doesn’t recognize harbor movement bonuses, etc. i’m going to uninstall/reinstall a different version.
