I think i posted a bid idea here, but maby not.
So for bid put a mech in burma and a sub with the BB and a sub off india.

Asuming we can use bids to slow down or stop a J1 opening as well. This is ofcourse taking away that bid from UK but its only 16 ipcs worth of a bid.

Also how to stop depends a lot on what happened with the dice and the small things that can be different. You put a fleet off the coast, that fleet could also be of phili for example, also gives that fleet more range.

In your screenshot the cruiser survived off malaya if the BB hits will you take that or the fighter as casualty?

Asuming my bids where allowed that cruiser has a higher chance to be dead. Also your land forces in FIC will be subject to destruction on UK1 as ensuring that china will keep yunnan for at least 1 more round.
Even with just the mech in burma and the sub off india there is a verry high chance that yunnan will be chinese up to J3. So china becomes strong and japan has some issues to work with.
