do NCM’s go on the national production chart or the actual gameboard itself? BTW, if they go on the nation production chart, how do u know which NCM goes on which area?

When yuou set up the game, how do u know which troops to make brown (which is china’s color). The setup does not specify where the chinese troops go, do they just mix in w/ the american troops?

so do the markers go on the territory itself, or on the national production chart? BTW, can USA’s income not go past 80 because that is the highest number on the national production chart.

Im a little confused about what the purpose of the national production chart is. I know that you put the markers on the designated spot in the beggining, but what are the rest of the NCM’s for? Do you put NCM’s on the actual board itself when you capture territories, or do you put them on the chart itself. Also, how do you “decrease your production level” If someone could explain this in detail, the help would be greatly appreciated.

i just got the game and was a little bit confused on the rules. When you attack a territory, do all the units in the attacking and the defending territory go into battle? The rules say to put the pieces onto the “battle board” and does this mean that the unti can only attack the corresponding unit on the battle board? or can any unit attack any unit? thnx :-?
