@HBG-GW-Enthusiast There actually is a reason to have different colors—at least for ANZAC troops. ANZAC has different surrender conditions from FEC and the UK (FEC surrenders when UK does). You could be in a situation where you have both ANZAC and UK/FEC units in the same territory, but ANZAC is forced to surrender. This means you should have a way to differentiate these troops, and the easiest way to do that is to have different colors.

RE: Blitzing unit question
I believe the situation you described, according to V3 rules, is not how the pairing works. It’s my understanding that each blitzing armor (i.e. medium or heavy armor) can be supported by one additional unit that has pairing capability. For example, having four medium armors means that one fighter, one tactical bomber, one mechanized, and one self propelled artillery can come along (or some subset combination of blitz pairing capable units that totals no more than 4). In the case of having advanced mechanized, two advanced mechanized could take up the “slot” normally reserved for just one accompanying blitzing unit.
Hope this clarifies the rule. Someone please correct me if this is an incorrect understanding.

V3 New Units and Pieces
What do you guys use to represent some of the new units in the game? HBG has pieces for some of the new units but not all. For example, what do you use for British light cruisers or battle cruisers?

RE: Where is everyone located?
@Broken-Mortar That’s crazy!!! My best friend is from Edgar and I go to school in Rolla. Unfortunately I won’t be in Rolla anymore, but I always play my games in the St. Louis area. PM me if you want to talk more!

RE: 1939 CCP starting income.
@Broken-Mortar If I had to guess, I’d say it’s a misprint. I assume the value should be 2.

What is your signature strategy?
What is a strategy that you’ve tried before that you believe is at the core of your ability to succeed as a nation? How did it work? What was your opponents reaction/response?
In my group, another player spammed German cavalry into France and Poland. Cavalry is cheap, has high attack, and decent mobility for its price, making it great for early offensive pushes against neighboring countries. This strategy has been used, to some extent, countless times due to its flexibility in the early game.
