If you go on a strategic bombing mission with 2 fighters and a bomber and you take a hit from an AA gun does the bomber take the first hit or can you loss a fighter and keep going to your target.And when you reach the territory with the IPC you are bombing can the ground forces in that territory defend or is it just the AA guns.

I am new at this game and I have a few questions on this type of attack.   
1.when you unload troops off a transport ship with ships in the same sea zone for a land and sea attack can the defenders hit your ships with infanty,tanks,or artillery or do they have to have fighters and bombers for that.
2.can subs and destroyers be involved in the bombardment or is it just battleships and cruisers.and can they fire more than once.
3.can you bombard land from your ships if you don’t have a land attack going on with ground  troops and do the ground troops have to come from a transport or can they come in from a nearby territory.

If it wasn’t a sneak attack and they get to fire back do they still move 1 space or do they get to move there normal 4 spaces to find a safe place to land.

If my carrier is sunk and it has 2 fighters on it do the fighters get a chance to defend or do they have to find a place to retreat to.

I am new at this game but it is my understanding that if you have one artillery and one infantry it gets you a 2 or less hit count on the attack.but what happens if i am going into battle and I take a hit and all I have is 1 artillery and 1 infantry can I give up the infantry and keep the artillery and still fight.
