Yes. Any adjacent sea zone to a naval base gains the bonus. This assumes the ship started its turn in that sea zone and it is a friendly naval base.

@nikola1975 I was just thinking we roll for the plane and you can assign the casualties afterward.

I know technically, you would have less dice to roll on defense each round, but I’m willing to ignore that since it was my mistake.
